The following is the affidavit and petition filed by Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga challenging the obviously compromised IEBC bogus results purporting to show that Uhuru Kenyatta won the presidential poll on March 4, 2013 when he, in fact, did not win or even come close.
Any objective person reviewing these documents–and many have–can only come to but one conclusion and that’s there was massive rigging that took place at Bomas and elsewhere resulting in the obviously compromised IEBC announcing the bogus results that Uhuru won.
The Supreme Court of Kenya will have the final say on this let’s all keep the Justices in our prayers and trust they will render the correct decision consistent with the law and facts upon reviewing the evidence presented and any rebuttals IEBC or anyone else may present as well.

Bias. If Raila worn as he claim, with which election & yet he claim the election was flaud. He could have done us Kenyan good by presenting the evidence that he worn to save us Kenyan the burden of voting & those longg ques. He should also safe guard those funds that he had primised if he win first round the fund will be used to fund the youths. Am sure if he knows very well he lost, God above is watching. We as Kenyans r still suffering from poor state of our businesses. From the campaign time to know things r still dragging.
